Attendees of Unlock Your Brain, Harden Your System<\/strong>:<\/p>

  • Authorize La Cantine Num\u00e9rique Brest<\/strong>, whose headquarters are located at 5 rue Yves Collet, 29200 Brest<\/strong>, and its technical service providers, to take photographs, videos, or digital recordings during the event Unlock Your Brain, Harden Your System<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Authorize La Cantine Num\u00e9rique Brest<\/strong> to use and exploit these images in any form and on all media, for an unlimited territory and without any time limitation. This includes, but is not limited to: press, books, digital media, exhibitions, advertisements, public screenings, competitions, websites, and social networks.<\/li>
  • Waive any remuneration for the use of these images.<\/li>
  • Certify that they are not bound by any exclusive contract regarding the use of their image or name.<\/li><\/ul>

    For its part, La Cantine Num\u00e9rique Brest<\/strong> commits to:<\/p>

    • Not use the images in a way that could be harmful or detrimental to the attendees privacy or reputation;<\/li>
    • Only take general photos of the event without close-up shots of participants during the day, and refrain from any video recording during this period;<\/li>
    • Set up a “photo free zone” during the “social event”, where no recordings will be allowed. Participants can access this zone if they do not wish to appear in captured images.<\/li><\/ul>
