Attendees of Unlock Your Brain, Harden Your System:

• Authorize La Cantine Numérique Brest, whose headquarters are located at 5 rue Yves Collet, 29200 Brest, and its technical service providers, to take photographs, videos, or digital recordings during the event Unlock Your Brain, Harden Your System.
• Authorize La Cantine Numérique Brest to use and exploit these images in any form and on all media, for an unlimited territory and without any time limitation. This includes, but is not limited to: press, books, digital media, exhibitions, advertisements, public screenings, competitions, websites, and social networks.
• Waive any remuneration for the use of these images.
• Certify that they are not bound by any exclusive contract regarding the use of their image or name.

For its part, La Cantine Numérique Brest commits to:

• Not use the images in a way that could be harmful or detrimental to the attendees privacy or reputation;
• Only take general photos of the event without close-up shots of participants during the day, and refrain from any video recording during this period;
• Set up a “photo free zone” during the “social event”, where no recordings will be allowed. Participants can access this zone if they do not wish to appear in captured images.

In case of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
