What Data do we collect, for what purpose and on what legal basis?

This refers to the Data you provide to us through the contact forms identified by the wording "Keep me informed" or "Contact us" or "Register" or any other form-related wording, the purpose of which is to allow our staff or their subcontractors to respond to the request for which you completed the form.

Information concerning children

As a general rule, we do not intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information about children under 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible, unless applicable law requires us to keep it.

Droit applicable et juridiction compétente

Ces dispositions seront régies, interprétées, exécutées conformément au droit français, seul droit applicable, en cas de litige.

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably within a period not exceeding one month from its occurrence, this period being extendable by mutual agreement, may be brought by the more diligent party before the Courts and Tribunals of Brest, which shall have sole jurisdiction.
