The speakers will bring technical evidence observed in South and Central Asian campaigns, and elements from the analysis of the legal, institutional and geographical contexts, to support the thesis of a centralisation of decision-making not only regarding APTs but more broadly in the cyber field in China.
Aranone ZARKAN est actuellement consultante en cybersécurité et géostratégie chez CEIS, une société française de conseil en stratégie et d’accompagnement à la prise de décision opérationnelle notamment pour les secteurs stratégiques tels que l’industrie de la défense, les transports, l’énergie et la cybersécurité. Aranone a obtenu un Master en Etudes chinoises à l’ENS de Lyon et un Master en Relations internationales à l’INALCO. Elle prend aujourd’hui part aux activités CTI au sein du pôle CEIS Cyberdefense.
Sébastien LARINIER (@Sebdraven) is a lecturer-researcher at Epita and an independent Threat Intelligence consultant. He takes part in several initiatives such as the Botconf conference, Francomisp (co-creator) and the Honeyproject, and supports several open-source software projects such as Yeti, MISP, oletools and other projects related to threat and malware analysis. His work focuses on tracking attacker groups and analysing their tools and malicious code.
